Dr. Elhaj earned his BE from AUB in 1971, and his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University in 1985. He has a long experience in construction industry which he has started with Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC) in 1971. Dr. Elhaj contributed in building many projects in Abu Dhabi such as: Zayed Sports City, Ruwais Building Complex, Mussafah and Al Ain Bridge, etc. Between 1987 and 1992, Dr. Elhaj taught at California State University, Fullerton. He was the coordinator of the Construction and Management Master program.Dr. Elhaj was Area Manager of West Bank and Gaza in 1996 and executive Vice President of Morganti USA (Owned by CCC) from 1997 to year 2000.For the last ten years Dr. Elahj has been building, developing and giving workshops and seminars for thousands of people on various aspects of leadership, where he uses many case studies and situations from the real world of construction.
