Farah Nosh's Visual Storytelling
After completing her studies in photojournalism, an award-winning photographer traveled to Baghdad months before the 2003 war and would cover much of the region for the following eight years. Based on stories she was passionate about, her work would be published on the cover of Time and The New York Times. She shares her stories and images from the field and what it took to get started, and get published as a photo-journalist.
Sponsored by the Department of Mass Communications and the Center for Arab Humanities and Sciences.
