Graduation Luncheon (June 2013)
During the luncheon before commencement, ODAA invites keynote speakers to address the graduating class. Those speakers normally convey aspects about the transition from classroom to work to the seniors. Additionally, prominent alumni share their experiences both as former students and presently as successful professionals in informal "poster sessions." The intent is to have the seniors realize, through examples, that others have successfully trod these same paths. This event is particularly noteworthy for having the alumni link with the newest alumni-to-be as they embark on the task of securing meaningful employment. However, the alumni also demonstrate successful alumni role models. In this regard, the older alumni lend a helping hand to those who are following in their footsteps
