Two representatives from GHD, an international consulting firm in the UAE, will discuss what is needed for and how to assess sustainable communities in relation to the UNESCO Sustainable Development Goals for 2030. This will be a guest lecture for the ENV 194 Introduction to Sustainability course, but the whole AUS community is welcome to attend. We will finish with a question and answer discussion period.
Speaker: Yomna Garada, Architect, PQP and LEED Green Associate at GHD. An alumna of the AUS College of Architecture, Art and Design, Garada works in the assessment of sustainability in development projects in the UAE using PQP and LEED at GHD.
