Chalhoub Group Careers Presentation (April 2014)
Chalhoub Group, one of the region's leaders in luxury business behind prestigious brands such as Christian Dior, Louis Vuitton, Nina Ricci and many others, will be delivering a careers presentation for AUS alumni, and senior and junior students. The presentation will be delivered by Mr. Wassim Eid, the Group's Chief Human Resources Officer.
About the Presenter
Wassim Eid joined Chalhoub Group in 2000 as the HR Manager for UAE operations and has since evolved in various roles. In 2008, he was appointed Group Chief Human Resources Officer heading a team of HR experts in Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Compensation & Benefits. Wassim is a veteran in human resources and comes with over 17 years of extensive experience. Today, he is responsible for setting the HR strategy for over 9,000 employees across 14 countries.Wassim holds a MBA from the American University of Beirut and is a certified Global Remuneration Professional.

This event requires registration as seats are limited, and attendees may be asked to present their AUS IDs at the venue's entrance. Many of the tips presented in the Preparing for the Career Fair guide are applicable to preparing for such information sessions as well. The guide is located within the AUS Career Portal under Resources> Document Library.
The presentation is open for all majors, and is extremely useful if you are currently seeking employment and internship opportunities.
