Theater Auditions (September 2018)
Auditions will be held on September 2 and 3.
Theater Auditions for Fall 2018
Theater Auditions (THE 251 & THE 245, 1 credit) for the Fall 2018 theatre productions will be held on September 2 and 3, 2018.
There will be two theater productions this fall. Information about the show will be provided at the audition.
- Rehearsals for one will be UTR from 4 to 7 p.m. Performance dates: November 7-13.
- Rehearsals for the second will be MW from 3:30-6 p.m. Performance dates: December 5-8.
No experience necessary – dance experience needed.
For the audition:
You will be asked to sign up for a one-hour block of time between 4-7 p.m. on Sunday, September 2.
Callbacks will be on September 3 from 4 to 7 p.m. Please be prepared to stay for the entire session.
Those not attending the first day of auditions may not be admitted to the callback.
Please be prepared to tell a one-minute personal story. You will also be asked to read from the script. If you have talents--such as dance, tumbling, magic--please be prepared to offer a brief demonstration.
If interested in technical aspects, not acting, please see Professor James Gross in Arts 151. A sign-up sheet for interview timings will be posted on his office door.
