RTA (Roads and Transit Authority)

Organized and executed a promising Talent Program over 10 months to identify, develop and prepare new managers to lead teams with a high degree of efficiency and effectiveness and to contribute to the achievement of RTA strategic goals.

DP World

Organized and executed a leadership development program over 11 months which comprised short courses on a variety of business and management topics such as:

Securities and Commodities Authority

  • Organized and executed a series of briefings on current issues in corporate governance.

Sharjah Tatweer Forum

Organized and executed the Sharjah Leadership Development Program over six months which included 20 days of classroom work and a variety of field trips for early to mid-career stage Emirati managers. Topics included:

  • Managing organizational change
  • Developing a customer oriented culture
  • Human capital development
  • Innovation leadership
  • Creativity and innovation

    Young Leaders Program

    Organized and executed a leadership development program of nine months training participants for government service, public policy and administration in Iraq. Program topics include:

    • Development frameworks
    • Economics and policy
    • Public finance and budgeting
    • The public service context
    • Leadership development in the public sector
    • Delivery of public services
    • Management of natural resource\
    • Learning and innovation

    Typically in these programs, the approach is very participatory using discussions, individual and group work, experiential learning, case studies, team projects, dramatization, role-plays, field visits, and brainstorming. Participants are usually encouraged to bring to their sessions specific situations or challenges associated with their own work environment, resulting in highly fruitful and nurturing exchanges in class.
