The Department of Computer Science and Engineering cordially invites you to the following talk: "VMware IT Academy" Presented by distinguished speakers from VMware: Paolo Ticali, Technical Account Manager and Scott Griffiths, Education Solutions Consultant.

During this talk the speakers will:

  • Present VMware products
  • Discuss the importance of VMware certifications
  • Introduce a new program targeting the employment of new graduates
  • Discuss the VMware IT Academy and the course offerings
Ticali has covered the Senior Consultant position in VMware Dubai to manage some big projects in Qatar and Kuwait. In 2015 he became Technical Account Manager and handled some T1 customers in the region. Both roles are part of the VMware Professional Services business unit that is used to deliver solutions with the highest quality and best ROI.

Griffiths moved to Dubai in 2005 and has worked in the IT technical training industry since then, working for market leaders Cisco and SAP prior to joining VMware. He joined VMware in May 2015 as VMware's Education Solutions Consultant for Middle East & Africa with a brief to position VMware Education Services to customers as a strategic investment to maximize benefits from VMware technology investments.
