DesignWeek in the College of Architecture, Art and Design (CAAD) at American University of Sharjah (AUS) brings together local and international architects, designers and artists to lecture and participate in weeklong workshops. CAAD students and faculty organize into thematic workshops of specialized content and techniques that enhance existing curriculum and strategically explore additional areas with the visitors and sponsors. DesignWeek 2013 will take place from Sunday, April 7 until Thursday, April 11, 2013. On the last day of the event, all work produced in workshops is presented and exhibited in CAAD's building.
