To request changes to an award budget including shifting money between accounts, the creation of new account lines, personnel changes, etc., the PI needs to complete the Budget Change Request (BCR) Form and provide it to their Post-Award Grant Management Specialist (PAGS). The form is a means for the request to be documented along with justification for the move using the Budget Change Request (BCR) form found in the Office of Research iLearn Community. The same process is required for requesting new, continuing and modified subcontracts.
