Dr. Marina Peres

Marina Peres is a Portuguese multidisciplinary designer, creative director and educator with a global reach in design education. She serves as an integrated researcher at the Research Institute for Design, Media, and Culture (ID+), where she is actively engaged in circularity research for cultural heritage and innovation. She adopts a holistic approach to develop sustainable solutions, that are environmentally responsible and economically viable, contributing to social well-being. In addition to her research, teaches strategic design practices and design thinking methodology. As a visual artist, her work focuses on creating visual systems and integrating storytelling with technology.
