This course introduces the concept of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and applies it through Revit. Participants will recognize the potential of using a BIM software and will understand the building blocks of Revit. By the end of the course, they will be able to construct digitally a small building using smart objects, analyze its design and construction using techniques such as solar studies, walk through, and sectional perspectives, and communicate the design through plans, sections, elevations, and perspectives.
