A presentation by Kevin Badni, Department of Art and Design, CAAD
Augmented reality is one of the newest technologies which offers new ways to educate effectively and attractively. Augmented reality is a way of displaying digital content in an image of the real world and its possible interaction with the environment and the user. The traditional teaching of design history is enriched by a variety of historical films, photos and interviews with contemporary witnesses. However, it can still be a little dry. Can the application of augmented reality enhance students' engagement and cognitive recall?
