De-Stress for Exam Success Library Event (May 2024)
Relax with some stress-reducing activities during final exams.
From Thursday, May 16, to Thursday, May 23, visit the Library Ground Floor and unwind with coloring, jigsaw puzzles, word searches, crosswords and more de-stress activities.

Sound Bath Experience
Date: Thursday, May 16
Time: 4:30 p.m. - 5:15 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. - 6:15 p.m. (repeated session)
Location: Library Building, LIB-011/CITL room (SBA side of the the library)
Seating is limited so be sure to arrive early. Join Dr. Matt as he guides you through an improvisational sound bath experience meant to relax, de-stress and open hearts.
