Speakers: Dwayne Oyler and Jenny Wu, Partners, Oyler Wu Collaborative
Oyler Wu Collaborative was established in Los Angeles in 2004. The office has been published globally and is recognized for its experimentation in design, material research and fabrication. Their work is aimed at creating spatial effects through the build-up of material density and through three-dimensional geometric systems. Their recent projects include the design of a new 3D printing culinary lab in Los Angeles for 3D Systems, a 16-story residential high rise in Taipei, Taiwan, and the competition winning project, The Exchange, for Exhibit Columbus. Both partners currently teach design studio at the Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc), as well as a visiting studio at the Harvard Graduate School of Design.
