Individual Consultations: We are happy to meet with faculty on an individual basis. Some of the areas we can help with are:
- syllabus construction and review
- course planning and design
- gathering feedback from students
- student assessment
- migrating onsite classes to hybrid or online learning
Classroom Observations and Videotaping: Another way the FDC supports faculty who are working on improving the classroom experiences for their students is by scheduling classroom observations or videotaping of classes.
Instructional Technology Support: We hold a number of iLearn workshops as well as other seminars focusing on technology use in the classroom every semester. We are also here to help any faculty member who is interested in using instructional technology in their classrooms and would like some personal assistance with this.
