Prakash Chathoth has over 20 years of combined academic and industry experience, of which 15 years have been dedicated to academia in Australia, Asia, the United States and Europe. He has published in top-tiered journals on topics related to strategic and services management/marketing in the tourism/hospitality context and is among the leading researchers in his field for such contributions over the past decade. His research interests also include organizational trust and assimilation from a services perspective. Dr. Chathoth serves on the editorial board of six business/services/tourism journals and is an active consultant.
