The 50th International Conference on Computers and Industrial Engineering (CIE 50) will be held in Sharjah-Dubai, United Arab Emirates October 30–November 2, 2023, hosted by American University of Sharjah.

CIE 50 aims to gather researchers to disseminate and discuss state-of-the-art advancements in the areas of industrial engineering, computers, manufacturing management and other related areas. The conference will feature distinguished speakers from all over the world in the different disciplines of industrial engineering, with keynote speeches from distinguished scientists in advanced topics.

This is the latest in the series sponsored by Computers & Industrial Engineering: An International Journal, published by Elsevier. Its Impact Factor was 7.18 in 2022, and its Cite Score was 9.7 for the same year, placing it at the 96th percentile among general engineering journals.

The conference theme will be “Sustainable Digital Transformation.”

The CIE 50 program will include guest speakers, peer reviewed technical program, demos, short papers, posters, and invited sessions on the same or related topics, industrial presentations and exhibitions.
