Cook 4 Change: The Impact of Nutrition and Cooking on Your Health (January 2025)
How does cooking affect personal and planetary health? Come and find out with AUS Sustainability's chef and nutritionist at a Cook 4 Change cooking class!
Join us for an engaging sustainable cooking class where we’ll dive into the world of cooking and baking using wholesome, locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. In this hands-on session, you will learn how to prepare delicious meals while exploring the importance of choosing whole foods for both personal well-being and the health of the planet. By using sustainable, nutrient-dense ingredients, we will highlight how simple shifts in the way we cook can positively impact our bodies and reduce our environmental footprint.
So, roll up your sleeves and let's get cooking!
