Fall 2014 OSA New Student Orientation Week (September 2014)

The Office of Student Affairs (OSA) will conduct a week of activities to orient new students to university life and to OSA's services. The main activities include:

  • Welcome session for parents and students.  OSA information desks in the Main Building.
  • Presentations on Adjusting to University Life, Study Skills, Personal Development and Time Management
  • Peer Leaders adopting newly admitted students to university life
  • Freshman reception dinner
  • A week of open house activities at the Student Center (games, movies, DJ music)
  • New student athletics orientation
  • Sharjah and Dubai tours
