The Department of Biology, Chemistry and Environmental Sciences cordially invites you to attend the AUS Environmental Day celebration with the theme of "Moving Towards a Sustainable Environment." The event aims to promote environmental and sustainability awareness in general and to introduce students from regional high schools to high- impact careers in environmental sciences, such as those found in government, industry and academic sectors.
The Environmental Day will include:
- seminars by invited speakers
- posters by students and attendees
- live demos and displays allowing students to experience science
- industry and government exhibits showing their sustainable endeavors
