Mouza Alabbar
Ms. Mouza Alabbar is an Emirati creative entrepreneur and the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Alabbar Enterprises. She is also Co-Founder of ANOTHER, the food and beverage arm of Alabbar Enterprises.
Alabbar Enterprises develops and operates international and homegrown lifestyle, food and beverage, and retail concepts. Its portfolio includes more than 40 locations across the UAE, with a focus on distinctive customer experiences, creativity and attention to detail.
The company’s food and beverage concepts include Ganache Chocolatier, KLAY by Karak House, Two Bistro and Parka Bakehouse. Its wider portfolio also includes Candylicious and Ethan Allen. Through these concepts, Ms. Alabbar has contributed to the development of the UAE’s evolving culinary and lifestyle sectors.
An alumna of American University of Sharjah, Ms. Alabbar holds an undergraduate degree with a double major in economics and finance from AUS and a Master of Business Administration from London Business School.
