The Coordinator of Graduate Enrollment & Student Success supports the operational delivery of graduate programs by executing admissions, enrollment, and student-facing processes under the guidance of the Assistant Manager Graduate Studies. The role ensures accurate processing, timely communication, and effective coordination with academic units while contributing to a high-quality graduate student experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate graduate admissions processing in collaboration with Admissions and academic programs.
- Track application status, decisions, and enrollment confirmations.
- Respond to applicant and student inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Process graduate assistantship contracts, forms, and related documentation.
- Support registration, progression, reinstatement, and graduation-related processes.
- Maintain accurate student records and documentation in relevant systems.
- Support graduate orientations, open days, information sessions, and workshops.
- Assist with Graduate Student Association (GSA) activities and communications.
- Contribute to student engagement initiatives as directed by the Assistant Manager.
- Liaise with academic programs to collect, verify, and process required information.
- Prepare routine reports, trackers, and summaries.
- Maintain organized records and shared documentation.
- Execute workflows and procedures developed by the Assistant Manager.
- Flag operational issues, inconsistencies, or improvement opportunities.
- Support system updates, testing, and documentation as required.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
Required Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, data science, or a related field.
- Administrative experience in higher education of at least 3 years
- Strong English communication and writing skills
- Experience and knowledge of general computer software (MS Office)
Preferred Experience:
- A master’s degree in business administration, data science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of administrative experience in higher education, with exposure to admissions, enrollment management, student services, or graduate program administration.
- Ability to work with people from a wide range of disciplinary backgrounds
- Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
- Positive outlook, sense of urgency, and great team player.
