Bayan Hamdan joined her Alma Mater, the American University of Sharjah, as an Assistant Professor in Fall 2023. She graduated with a PhD in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2023. She obtained her masters degree in Engineering Systems and Management from Masdar Institute of Science and Technology’s collaborative program with MIT in 2017. She also completed her bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering from the American University of Sharjah in 2016.
