Dr. Rana Khallaf is a Visiting Associate Professor in the Civil Engineering Department. She is a seasoned expert with over 15 years of experience in construction project management teaching, research, and consulting. Prior to joining AUS, she was awarded 2 research grants by the Science and Technology Development Fund in Egypt. The first was to study "A Financial and Value-for-Money Assessment for Renewable Energy PPPs" and the second was on the "Commercialization of Technologies in Egypt and the US". Previously, Dr. Rana had co-founded a PM consultancy based in the US.
