Dr. Ritu Raj Kaur Virk

Ritu Virk’s research focuses on strategic and entrepreneurial behaviors in founder and family firms, with particular attention to how founder and family involvement shapes firm strategy and outcomes. Before joining AUS, she completed her PhD in Management at the Telfer School of Management, University of Ottawa, where she also taught undergraduate courses in entrepreneurship. Prior to pursuing an academic career, she worked as a Market Research Analyst at Honda Canada in Toronto and as a Policy Analyst at the John Molson School of Business, Concordia University.
