Dedicated Assistant Professor specializing in Management Information Systems, with a profound commitment to both research and teaching. Recognized for extensive publication record during and after the Ph.D. in a wide range of journals and conference proceedings, including a distinguished national award-winning publication. Before joining the American University of Sharjah, Safa’a was holding an Assistant Professor role in the Department of Management Information Systems at An-Najah National University in Palestine. She also served as the Head of Teaching and Education Research Unit at the same university.
