OSE offers training and workshops to students that equip them with the knowledge and requisite skills that help them perform better in their jobs and promote their personal and professional development. In conjunction with the relevant AUS departments, OSE offers the following training and workshops and they are subject to change from time to time depending on the training needs of students:
In the Customer Service Training Series, students will learn the knowledge and skills required to increase customer satisfaction. Students will be trained how to pleasantly deal with customers and how to act and react in certain situations. Students will also understand the different methods and techniques on how to deliver top notch customer service.
In the CV Writing Workshop, students will be taught how to write an appealing CV that effectively presents their education, skills, experiences and accomplishments to potential employers. Students will learn how to highlight and align their capabilities to what is being required for the job opening.
