Dr. Noora Darwish

Visiting Assistant Professor

Dr. Noora Darwish earned her M.Sc. and B.Sc. in chemical engineering from the American University of Sharjah, before joining the Ph.D. program at the Chemical Engineering Department of the University of Calgary in 2020. Her Ph.D. focuses on the synthesis of core-shell particles and their potential applications as antimicrobial agents. She has been recognized with several prestigious awards and scholarships at the university level for her academic and research achievements. Dr. Noora has expertise in academic consulting, enhancing student success in competitive admissions processes. Dr. Noora also has strong industry experience in scaling production technologies and advancing eco-friendly innovations in antimicrobial solutions.
