Dr Warkiani’s research focuses on microfluidics, BioMEMS, and lab-on-a-chip technologies to address complex biological and clinical challenges. He enjoys working at the microscale—engineering fluid flows, forces, and biomimetic environments to solve problems in cell biology, particularly in rare cell isolation, single-cell analysis, and recreating biological systems ex vivo.
