Transfer of Credits

Applicants admitted to AUS undergraduate studies who have completed IB Higher Level, GCE A-Level, the Lebanese Baccalaureate, the French Baccalaureate, the Spanish Baccalaureate, the German Abitur or the American Advanced Placement tests may be awarded credits for freshman-level courses. Qualified applicants must meet the Advanced Standing Credit Transfer Policy.

Applicants admitted to AUS undergraduate studies as transfer students are eligible for transfer credits evaluation, for more information click here. The complete transfer policy is available from the Office of Enrollment Management / Undergraduate Admission.

Advanced standing and transfer students may be exempted from taking certain placements tests depending on subjects/courses completed and grades earned.
