Dr. Adnan Ajšić

Associate Professor
PhD, Northern Arizona University, United States

Dr. Ajšić's research interests include language ideologies, language in politics & (social) media, & sociocultural approaches to SLA. Author of Language and ethnonationalism in contemporary West Central Balkans: A corpus-based approach (2021, Palgrave Macmillan). Has published journal articles, book chapters, & book reviews in leading international outlets, and presented papers at major international conferences. Dr. Ajšić's experience spans private/public universities in EU, US, and MENA. He has also served as an interpreter/translator for the UN. Dr. Ajšić speaks Bosnian, English, and German.
