Our research revolves around the development of analytical and numerical multi-fidelity approaches to simulate, analyze, and optimize the behavior of multidisciplinary systems at a reduced computational cost. These include micro electro mechanical systems (MEMS), air vehicles, wind turbines, porous media systems, and thermochemical energy-storage systems. We are interested in the continued refinement of the underlying modeling and simulation techniques as well as in applying them in energy-related applications and in designing and prototyping novel engineering systems.
