Dr. Monica Shukla

Visiting Assistant Professor

Dr. Monica Shukla is a Visiting Assistant Professor at the School of Business Administration, American University of Sharjah (AUS), Sharjah, UAE. She holds a Ph.D. in Operations Management from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi and an M.Tech. in Industrial Engineering and Management from the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Raipur, where she was awarded a Silver Medal for academic excellence. Her academic and research interests span Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, supply chain analytics, smart manufacturing, Industry 4.0, technology adoption, and digital transformation.
