AUS to award two fully funded graduate seats for alumni at upcoming Alumni Reunion
Recipients will be announced in the presence of Her Highness Sheikha Bodour Al Qasimi
American University of Sharjah (AUS) announces that two alumni will be awarded fully funded seats in a graduate program of their choice, beginning next academic year, with the recipients to be announced in the presence of Her Highness Sheikha Bodour Al Qasimi, AUS President, at the Alumni Reunion on January 24. The awards will be granted through a live activation led by Her Highness Sheikha Bodour during the reunion, turning one of the evening’s signature moments into a celebration of alumni achievement and continued academic growth.
“AUS is giving alumni engagement a new shape, one that moves from reunion to real reward,” said Dr. Tod A. Laursen, Chancellor of AUS. “As part of its alumni engagement and affinity program, this scholarship honors what our graduates have already accomplished and brings two alumni back to AUS to deepen knowledge, open new doors and amplify their impact.”
Held annually, the AUS Alumni Reunion brings graduates back to campus for an evening centered on reconnection and celebration. This year’s program, under the umbrella of “Together We Rise” campaign, will feature entertainment by Arab superstar Diana Haddad; a special guest talk by Dr. Khaled Ghattass, author, speaker and thought leader; and an address by Mostafa Salameh, the world-renowned adventurer, humanitarian and motivational speaker.
Alumni who wish to be considered for the fully funded graduate seats are required to register to attend the reunion and complete the interest form by January 21.
