AUS to participate in Gulf Education and Training Exhibition
American University of Sharjah (AUS) will be exhibiting at the Gulf Education and Training Exhibition (GETEX), which provides a great networking opportunity between prospective students and educational institutes conveniently under one roof.
GETEX will take place from February 24 to the 26 at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre. It is one of the largest education exhibitions in the region, attracting over 35,000 local and expatriate students and parents actively searching for higher education, professional development and training opportunities. Visitors can meet AUS representatives at stand B100 in the center’s Sheikh Rashid Hall.
With admission now open for Fall Semester 2022, AUS will be present at the event to speak individually with prospective students and their parents about the university’s internationally recognized degrees programs and how an AUS education can lead to an exciting and rewarding career. Visitors will also have an opportunity to learn more about the university’s vibrant student life, which offers students a wide variety of extracurricular activities that support their personal development.
“AUS is always keen to participate in exhibitions that provide an interactive platform for parents and students to explore the full range of academic programs offered at the undergraduate and graduate levels and enquire about the various facilities available on campus,” said Ali Shuhaimy, Executive Director of Enrollment Management,
He added, “Visitors can learn more about AUS’ most prominent and latest achievements and rankings that focus on improving the educational experience of students, as well as the university’s local and international accreditations. Also, we encourage everyone to visit us at GETEX to find out more about AUS and its generous financial grants and merit scholarships program.”
AUS’ participation in GETEX also plays a vital role in strengthening relations with other universities, institutes, and organizations to support the UAE’s mission in building a knowledge based-economy through providing excellence in education, increasing graduate employment rates and enabling students to succeed in the labor market and contribute to the development and growth of various sectors locally and globally.
