Fourth Men’s Bench Press Competition

The Fourth Men's Bench Press Competition was conducted at the AUS Sports Complex on Tuesday December 30, 2012. Over 40 students participated in the competition. Organized by the Student Athletics and Recreation Department, the event drew a large number of enthusiastic spectators. 

The competition included five different weight categories with some splendid performance by AUS Fitness team members. Dr. Mohamed Helal, Director of Student Athletics and Recreation, distributed the prizes to the winners.

Dr. Moza Al Shehhi, Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs, felicitated the winners in her message and urged the students to participate in such competitions and programs to enhance their health and instill positive habits in their lives.
