LVMH Fashion Group and LOEWE visit AUS to spotlight career and internship opportunities in the luxury fashion sector
The Career Design Lab at American University of Sharjah's School of Business Administration welcomed a delegation from LVMH Fashion Group and its brand LOEWE for a careers information session and a guest lecture in the Luxury Fashion Marketing class. The visit, which marked LVMH Fashion Group’s first engagement on campus and the start of a new partnership with SBA, brought together more than 80 students for a session hosted by Eleni Papailia, CDL Senior Manager, Dr. Rania Semaan, Professor of Marketing, and joined by Dr. George Christodoulides, Associate Dean for Research and Innovation at AUS. The delegation included Sophie Harrison, HR Director, LVMH Fashion Group; Razan Herzallah, Talent Acquisition Manager, LVMH Fashion Group; and AUS alumna Noura Nasr, LOEWE Marketing Manager.
Students gained insights into career paths within LVMH and the wider fashion and luxury sector, along with practical job search preparation tips and information on internships and career opportunities. During the technical segment, Noura Nasr showcased LOEWE’s regional marketing strategy, providing a real-world perspective on luxury fashion marketing in practice.
The Career Design Lab offers career services for students, fresh graduates and employers, including internship placements, recruitment events, the iLead Career Preparation Program and executive education, and serves as the main point of contact for professional and community partners engaging with the school.
