Sharjah Ruler to attend 12th Annual AUS Alumni Reunion

Under the patronage and with the presence of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council of the United Arab Emirates, Ruler of Sharjah and President of the American University of Sharjah (AUS), the university will hold its Twelfth Annual Alumni Reunion on January 24, 2019.

Organized by the Office of Advancement and Alumni Affairs (OAAA), this annual event is a homecoming celebration where hundreds of AUS alumni from all around the region return to their alma mater. A number of distinguished guests and senior officials are also present at this landmark event.

This year’s event will be celebrating the theme #togetherwegrowstronger, in an effort to raise awareness about the importance of giving back to the university. Alumni are encouraged to support their alma mater through networking opportunities, building connections, and enhancing the culture of volunteerism.

As in previous years, the AUS Alumni Association invited alumni to nominate fellow graduates to be inducted to this year’s AUS Alumni Wall of Fame for their significant professional accomplishments, as well as for their contributions to the university. Five alumni will be awarded a place on the Alumni Wall of Fame and will be recognized at the event.
