Salem Al Qaseer named Man of the Year at Emirates Festival for University Theatre

Salem Yousef Al Qaseer, Vice Chancellor for Public Affairs at American University of Sharjah, was named Man of the Year at the third edition of the Emirates Festival for University Theatre, held on April 27 at Sharjah University Theatre.

Al Qaseer was honored by His Excellency Sheikh Nahayan Bin Mubarak Al Nahayan, Minister of Culture, Youth and Community Development, for his efforts in developing the university theatrical movement in the country.

Seven university teams participated in the festival which was organized by the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Community Development.
