AUS and Spanish Universities discuss strategic partnership
A delegation from Alliance of 4 Spanish Universities (A-4U) visited American University of Sharjah today and discussed with AUS Chancellor Dr. Björn Kjerfve prospects of strategic partnership.
The (A-4U) are four leading Spanish public universities that aimed to further the mobility of their students, researchers and academics as well as establishing research collaboration partnership worldwide.
Present from (A-4U) side are Drs Lluís Quintana Trias - Vice-Rector for International Relations from Autonomous University of Barcelona, Gonzalo Fernández Parrilla, International Relations Coordinator at the Faculty of Philosophy and Literature from Autonomous University of Madrid, Matilde Sánchez Fernandez, Vice-Rector for International Relations and Professor of the Signal Theory and Communications Department from Charles III University of Madrid, Josep Ferrer Riba, Vice-Rector for International Relation from Pompeu Fabra University and Marc Payola, Coordinator. The visiting team also toured various parts of the AUS campus.
