AUS and Al Ramz Group host induction ceremony for those completing Al Ramz Graduate Program

Leaders from American University of Sharjah (AUS) and Al Ramz PJSC have congratulated the first cohort of participants for successfully completing the Al Ramz Graduate Program, including AUS graduates.

The program sees fresh graduates given the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in one of the country’s leading organizations. Participants are guided through a planned learning experience over the course of 12 months, empowering them with the knowledge, skills and confidence to embark on successful careers. The program combines a mix of on-the-job learning with personalized development for each participant. Those undertaking the program are also given specific training in a specialized field relevant to Al Ramz, a Dubai Financial Market listed company that offers a variety of financial products and services including asset management, corporate finance, market making, liquidity providing, brokerage, IPO management and research. Once they have successfully completed the program, participants are offered a permanent, full-time position within Al Ramz.

AUS is responsible for sourcing participants for the program, and for assisting Al Ramz in creating a pipeline of exceptional talent. The partnership allows Al Ramz to secure its long-term human resource and leadership requirements while also giving ambitious university graduates the opportunity to launch and grow their careers.

Dr. Narjess Boubakri, Dean of the School of Business Administration and Professor of Finance from American University of Sharjah (AUS), attended the event via video call. She said, “Congratulations to all graduates who completed the Al Ramz Graduates Program. We are proud of your achievement and we wish you all the best in your career. Al Ramz Corporation has long supported our internship program as well as fresh graduate recruitment. The support of our hiring partners, such as Al Ramz Corporation, is instrumental in launching the successful careers of our students.”

The Induction Ceremony was held at Al Ramz’ head office in Abu Dhabi. Mr. Dhafer Al Ahbabi, the Chairman of Al Ramz PJSC, said, "we are proud to contribute to the future of our youth and to provide them the tools and opportunities to launch their careers.  We commend the American University of Sharjah and Dean Boubakri for the workplace readiness of graduates.’’
