Arabic and Translation Studies (ATS)

ATS faculty are experts in Arabic linguistics, literature, Islamic studies, Arabic/English translation and interpretation, and Arabic as a foreign language.  We can help your organization and its employees achieve better understanding of the rich and intricate heritage embedded in Arabic language and culture. We excel at teaching effective communication in written and spoken Arabic, understanding of Arabic in the media, public speaking and presentation skills, as well as teacher training. We are delighted to interact with the UAE community to meet the need for better understanding in such fields as intercultural communication, Islamic thought, Qur’anic studies, jurisprudence and their application to practical fields such as Islamic law and finance.
