Our expert advisory services put world-class faculty knowledge at your disposal. Many of our clients ask for specific expertise in the application of academic principles to real-world problems. Such requests can range from the best way to deal with sensitive environmental issues to expert statistical input on public policy questions. Solutions can involve extended research studies or personal and individual coaching—in each case based on a careful needs assessment.

Louvre Museum Abu Dhabi

Project Description: Provides the scientific knowledge and techniques required for the continuous monitoring of the air quality inside and outside of the Abu Dhabi Louvre museum for the purpose of protecting the cultural heritage contained in the valuable museum collections.

Lead Consultant: Dr. Nasser Hamdan, Professor of Physics

Dubai Maritime City

Project Description: Comprises the research, design, and production of a documentary film covering the Jadaf Dubai Shipyard and the moving of the dhow builders, repairers, and artisans to the newly developed Dubai Maritime City. The completed film provides an important record of a characteristic feature of Dubai’s heritage.

Lead Consultant: Dr. Sohail Dahdal, Assistant Professor of Mass Communication

Emirates Foundation

Project Description: Covered the collection and analysis of survey data with appropriate statistical techniques in order to assess and make recommendations on the use of new Information Technology among Emirati youths.

Lead Consultant: Dr. Hana Sulieman, Professor of Mathematics and Statistics
