The IT Support Service Desk is responsible for delivering technical support services, solutions, practices and guidelines for AUS. Our Service Desk is the central point of contact for all information technology related issues for students, faculty and staff. We provide innovative and collaborative information technology services to support learning, teaching, research and business functions.
Sunday through Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Friday and Saturday: closed
Public holidays: closed
After-hours support is available outside normal Service Desk hours for wide-scale outages and university-critical business only. Two main areas of support are provided with the After-Hours Support Service:
